Guzman Reconstruction
This project was located in Santee, CA and included full-service planning and execution from initial concept through final completion. The scope of work encompassed permit processing, design development, blueprint preparation, and city submittals for approval. The project further involved coordination of required inspections, construction management, and final city approval, ensuring full compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
Curlee ADU/Addition
*This project was located in the City of IB and required engineered plans, city approval, and permits to complete the addition.
Part of the existing structure was concrete construction rather than standard wood framing, which required additional expertise in demolition and construction. These conditions presented unique challenges that were successfully addressed to complete the build.*
Bancroft
This project located in North Park and involved attaching an addition level with the main floor of the existing home, along with constructing an additional room below the main level beneath the deck. The property included a basement and sloped terrain, creating strict height limitations. The lower-level room was designed with a finished ceiling height of approximately seven feet, requiring precise planning and execution. The scope of work also included repairs to water-damaged portions of the existing structure, structural upgrades to meet current building codes, and careful integration of new construction with the original home.
Backyard Transformations
Our backyard transformations are fully custom-designed to meet each client’s vision and site conditions. We specialize in complex hillside transformations, custom masonry, concrete work, and paver installations. Every project is uniquely finished with tailored greenery plans, low-maintenance turf, and custom-built pergolas or gazebos, creating one-of-a-kind outdoor living spaces.
